One of the best pieces of advice I ever had was to have a self-summit on a Sunday so I feel more ready for my week ahead. I also use the times most fruitfully on planes where I am removed from my digital devices and I can give thought to what I want to achieve for the rest of the year and break it down to what I want from the coming week.
You may need to alter the course of your week to meet ad-hoc challenges, yet if you don't regularly get time for yourself - you may burn out. The more you do the more you (or others) may expect from you - so be nice to yourself.
Right now - Book yourself in for a half hour YOU-time.
Go for it - and go well.
