Ask yourselves these questions:
- Is my New Years list still relevant (if I had one)?
- What are the top five things I wish to achieve in 2014? (survive it, rebuild a part of my life, fitness, relationships, career)?
- What shift do I need each month in each of these areas (from number 2) which can progress me further towards my end goal?
For example: a busy professional person wants to have more meaningful personal relationships. Their diary is so full of work there is no time to schedule this personal time in. First order of busy is to declutter and reprioritise the diary by letting go or saying “no” to some of the work commitments.
Schedule a time each week to review your progress and readjusting as necessary.
