- What can I stop doing? (because we have to drop something don't we? We can't do everything and maybe we don't have to. Is there anyone else to delegate to or can we just drop it completely - like checking emails every hour - make it twice a day instead)
- What can I continue to do? (What is working well and helps you keep motivated, eg. taking a break every hour to get up stretch, walk around and take a glass of water).
